The main responsibilities of the applicant will include:
• VAT Tax Declaration and Monthly Income.
• Presentation of the PLE
• Control of tax payments.
• Generation of purchase and sales records.
• Printing of accounting books
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Management Indicators: Operational Excellence (Internal Financial Audit), External Audit.

The main responsibilities of the applicant will include, among others:
• Investigate the client portfolio.
• Contact potential clients.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and visit regularly according to established goals
• Carry out constant commercial monitoring of the client
• Generate and obtain new businesses and clients, within the main markets assigned by management and by the commercial strategy.
• Request quotes from agents and carriers.
• Analyze freight costs, expenses and transit times before sending it to the customer.
• Manage CRM sales system (SalesForce)
• Carry out specific commercial campaigns, by location, by core cariers or by product
• Offer insurance for loads that require it
• Send detailed instructions to Operations departments

The main responsibilities of the applicant will include, among others:
• Record in the accounting systems all transactions related to the management of local and foreign suppliers, local treasury, intercompany transactions, as well as depreciation of fixed assets, intangible assets, provisions, among others.
• Daily control and monitoring of Banks, Petty Cash, Customer Checks, etc.
• Reconciliation of accounting accounts with subsequent adjustment. (Includes monthly provisions and prepaid expenses)
• Weekly Billing (Tax)
• Control and monitoring of invoice due dates for payment and archiving of receipts
• Customer collection management.
• Instructs the deposit of checks/withdrawal of documentation
• Control of accounts receivable (Weekly)
